Track development glitch/issue - solutions?

yesterday made a expiremental track, everything was fine and dandy.

i come to load it up to find a bit of my dirt track decides to pretend its a mixture of dirt terrain and a dirt track





if i delete and replace it comes back
if i make grass terrain then dirt terrain then place the track pieces again...i still get this weird glitch? why?

looks like a corrupt file.. kind of mix mapping result.

try recreating it with a new track and see if you get a repaeat.
