Shouldn't we start with (planning) season 3

Making teams and stuff

Who's in / who's out

Just trying to get the ball rolling Smile

(ps. un-stickied the season 2 threads)

i'm in Wink
an idea I had (after earwigging the chat between buddies) would be to allow self-selected Teams this season. To protect the format they would still be 3-man outfits with the points-awarding structure intact, but buddies would be allowed to team up and select their own marque, arrange for skins etc. Drivers who wish could still be given seats by lottery Idea

I'm in for racing, but not for a team. I feel I let Tyrell down last season with my lack of pace and inability to finish Neutral

As interest in the GP's seems to be growing, how about 2 man teams like real GP's to allow more regular teams to compete?

UOP team leader here, I'm going for the constructor's title in division 2. This is the car you'd be driving if you wanted to sign up for a season:

The Formula United is a pretty big file to use as a GP car, even with a locator. Nice idea though...

Er... Lotus has the coolest looking cars, either that or random me up!

I like the idea of 2 man teams, adding Ferrari/Williams/Brabham/Benetton cars would be a nice side effect of it

3-man Teams were part of the formula to allow for one player to be absent during any race while his Teammates still scored twice in the Constructor's Title. Dropping the lineup to 2-man would mean both players showing up every week for an entire season.

Perhaps it could be allowed as an option?

Another drawback is the proliferation of skins more Teams would create, but if we get kitted out with locs and time to spare we should at least all have them in cache.
But the problem of 100% attendance if your (2-man) Team is going to optimise its chances in the Constructor's is a biggie.
