am stuck i want to know were i can mod my own track

Read the TM forums.

create a folder trackmania/gamedata/skins/stadium/Mod

create a zip file SakMod.zip
in the zip put a folder called Image
and an Icon.dds file

rip the dds files from stadium images folder and update as required, dropping the finished graphics into the image folder.

Look up the TM forums though and you'll get way more information.
