Anyone seen these Alienware laptops? I should be getting the one in that link around july-ish and probably be back on the track then. Sure am missing racing.

If there's any techies here, is the price for this laptop justified?

I know somebody who has the 17 inch version and says its incredibly good.
Alienware are notoriously expensive though

Alienware's lovely kit, with a price tag fit to bust a banker's bonus.
Google a combo of your chosen model's main components and you'll find people making similarly-specced products for up to 50% less wonga. Overclockers, for example, have a good value 15" + 17" range with high specifications and even some A'ware-style bells and whistles like the illuminated kbd.
Of course if what you want is Alienware only one brand will do, but I'd rather have a decent holiday on the difference.
