Shooting vids with effects

Recently I've been experiencing strange problems with shooting videos.
I'll edit a replay, putting in FX motion and FX colors. Both work in the editor, but when I shoot the vid, the effects disappear. Thats in the regular replay mediatracker.

In the end race mediatracker, it wont shoot the vid at all. It will take a .01 second screenshot of the track, and calls it a vid.

I know its not my graphics settings. PC3 High shader is on, motion blur and bloom boxes are checked, 16x Filtering, 9x Anitialsizing or whatever thats called.

I dont know whats up.

The end race isn't a video in the same way as the intro is - it's the "spectator cam" thing you watch if you quit and/or spec the race of "follow" setting. You have to do a sample MT lap and then make trigger blocks and set up the cameras just as you do in an in-game cam. The car you're viewing will set off the triggers and you can follow it with your cams as it progresses. If you're getting a tiny snapshot it sounds like you've probably not set up the end of the clip (the yellow part) with a cam.

I tried those effect a while ago and they didn't work for me either, so I never bothered with them again. I figured they wouldn't work on a good proportion of machines so it was probably best leaving it out altogether. So I'm probably not much help on this one.
