Hey mad i was just wondering if you are going to link all the server recs onto the site ? so we can see other than top 5? or if this is not possible could you do a command on the server like /recs or /records to see all the server records on this track?

At least php is useful. Im computing, in college, were doing Visual Basic Ver 6. Which is a couple of centuries old, with the speed technology moves these days.

steve VB6 is a good base for MS development but I'm surprised they havent moved onto VBExpress 2005 as it's free and way better than vb6
It can be downloaded direct from the Microsoft website.

We're also using VB6 and we were told that we don't get a newer version because they're not quite so basic any more. How much truth is there in that?

Yeah, the college is being completely retarded. They have 2005 on all the computers, as its free, but....the computing teachers wont help any students who use 2005 because its against the college or WJEC rules, or something. So unless im going to program everything on my own with no help, which i cant, i have to use ver 6. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

not quite so basic but 2005 is actually more logical and better laid out for programming.

you can be as basic as you like. It follows 95% the same principles.

It is slower for certain tasks though but nothing major that you would worry about.
