just been looking on the scoreboard for the top 10 ranked drivers in the North West of England checking out where i am on it and Good Homers son Little Deanio's beating me 
seriously though i think thats a great achievement for such a young lad, he's only 8 years old  (most of you will already know as i've seen his buddy list and know he's got a load of you Mad Lappers on it  ) and i know he plays on a low performance machine. i know he also looks up to most of you as you've given him lots of encouragement and good advice, (he types a lot )
Mad Laps is a great place for him to race as its such a child friendly place with a no-nonsence swearing policy and a great community behind it
fair enough a lot of people don't play for points and it'll be a while before he's giving StevieM a run for his money (or will it  )

5 Good Homer
7 Little Deanio
8 Potman
and i'm 9th
minim was also 10th for a day i thought he lived in Poland

Little Dean is telented, he gets faster everytime i race him, a new up and coming star i think, reaction times may have something to do with it too, us old duffers are slower than the young ones, and contributing facts (like weekends on the sauce) may not help.

enjoyed reading your post, EvilH  well done indeed to Li'lDeanio. Also good to see so many Madlappers populating the Elite positions in your region.
Thanks for underlining the family-friendly policy of our servers. Sadly this is something which requires a good deal of admin activity. Odioot and his ilk just can't wrap their heads around it - I'm hovering on the Kick Harder button every time I see his sweary mush

Unfortunately some of the regulars have that problem too. I suggest a 1 week ban after they get a warning.

Myself and Little Deanio have read the comments on here and Dean is really pleased that you have noticed how much he has come on in a short time.
Dean used to watch me playing trackmania and occasionally have a go himself so I set him up his own account on his PC.
I never expected him to take to it so well... As he usually loses interest in a game after a few weeks, but he really enjoys playing trackmania and chatting to you all on madlaps.
...and beating me 
As evil pointed out Dean's PC is of low performance and the graphics are awful, but I know he's going to ask farther Christmas for a new PC like his dads......And I got a feeling that he'll get one.
When his graphics performance improves his game performance properly will as well so look out Steve M you may have competition in the new year. |
