Its very unfair when people turn up late on a saturday night, they are taking points from the people who took the trouble to turn up on time, and costing them final position places. So if your not on time you wont be able to race as the password will be changed at 8o'clock _________________

i usually forget about the solo challenges so i only really come on when i see a buddy on the challenge server...so often times it's better late than never when i'm concerned.
i did ask a while ago whether i could come in late or not, and i was told it was ok, so that's the only reason i continued playing when i was late, not to p*** u off or anything... (sorry if i did that ) _________________

I certainly agree people who want to be counted should turn up on time (1 track late at worst).
But I do feel there's a big overreaction. I mean last week Swat showed up late and pipped me to the win. While I didn't much like getting 2nd after leading all the way through, I was also given a big headstart on someone who's faster than me, so it's my bloody fault if he beats me.
I think setting a new PW at 8pm is a little iffy. I know people don't always pay attention to chat so if someone gets disconnected briefly they may not be able to get back in.
Ultimately I don't think people who want to race and have fun should be turned away, but I respect that people who don't often get a chance to finish high have good reason to be a little....miffed when someone stomps in 20 mins late and takes their place. _________________ It's not the winning, its the taking apart |

fair enough the Solo Cup is just for fun but if your half an hour late then i consider it bad manners to attempt the win on a track with one of the original 8 o'clock line up on 90+ points.
swat set your alarm for 8 o'clock m8 better still 5 to _________________
