Vent distractions are just what you need to keep perky
It was great having Tred on the side to keep me up to speed with CPs and margins between other racers, being as how I had to run with Cars Off most of the time. Bboy was on receive-only, but he also got that benefit. Reh was sorely missed, a German speaker would have been very handy.

here are some stats to the race: CLICK
Bboy is 29th of 177 with 375,67 cps/h average, Tred 79th with 358, me 88th with 355,67 and Mid 118th with 340,17. stats aren't that precise because not all the stints had the same length of time (1 stint ~ 1 hour). though that means i'm one of the most average people

edit: here is a list of the top25 pbs. sabre is top9. well done.
other times maybe coming soon.

Those are some good stats! I'm impressed that so many players managed to fit in between my average cp's and bboys Shows how close the field was. Don't expect to see me in the top 100 of laptimes if they release it though, I was consistent, but not super fast.

Rules

* A team consists of exactly 4 drivers
* You are not allowed to be member of several teams
* Every participant has to drive at least 4 hours. The team organises the fragmentation - you don't need to be 4 hours on track at a stretch
* Only one driver of each team is allowed to drive! If a second driver of a specific team races, one of them will automatically be kicked due to serverscripts
* One break of 5 minutes after every turn ( 1 turn = 1 hour ). This will be followed by a restart.
* Aas a driver, you are allowed to set back to the last checkpoint passed. If you retire, which is forbidden, you have to reconnect to our cup-server
* If a driver has a discconnect or other problems due to them he has to reconnect, his checkpoints will automatically saved by serverscripts. It isn't necessary to save your checkpoints (cp's) on your own.
* If there will be spectators on the cup-server, they will be kicked without a warning. In case of recurrance you will be banned!
* To supervise the cup and to avoid cheating the IP-adresses of each player will be saved. If some players use the same access to the internet, you have to report that to an admin before the cup starts
* Lap mod - you can get a maximum of 34460 points
* Winner is the team which passed the most checkpoints after 24 hours

according to the experiences i made last time i think its better not to do more than two stints at once (though some peolpe did 8 hours in one piece). i personally think im better at early morning stints than late night, also we blessedly have bboy on board so we can use the time shifting again.

i can do the first stint, though im very slow in learning tracks, so i could spec first, save the replay (which is possible even from the relay server, but the replay is unusable with such lags as last time at the start, which were caused by a server script which allowed spectators to watch live scorings from the hp) and practice...

i might take stint 4, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22...but we can surely change that.
