Race 1: Was pooping myself after going off a dozen times in practice so decided to play it safe. With no opponents on I was keeping one eye on the sectors to see how close I was which wasn't a good idea. With 5 to go I decided to make a run on Baino and started to gain then almost went off and Bonobo started to gain on me so played safe and finished 12th
Race 2: Went round in 13th-14th the whole race, finished 14th. _________________

Race 1 : made more mistakes in the first lap than in the whole practice , but managed to be 4th after half of the leading group crashed out. Lost my concentration sometime afterwards and could be happy with my 7th place in the end
Race 2 : Racing one's own tracks really helps, had no problems at all (except a few minor crashes). Was in 4th til bboy ended (got 3rd then) and drove it home, first podium this season for me (first podium in a season-Gp as well i think).
Thanks for organising, awesome scary track cheese, Good Games _________________ long days and pleasant nights! |

Race 1 - i like faster tracks, so this was my type of track. Finished 9th i think, just made too many mistakes, luckily none lethal.
Race 2 - great track but too many tight & blind corners for my taste. Maybe if whole track would be slow-ish, don't know. Just couldn't get the feeling for it until lap 20 or something like that. Was 4 secs behind webz, so i just said to myself i will give my best, didn't believe i could pass him. Finished 11th, just few 1/100 in front if webz, didnt even noticed until he told me on chat sry again webz
Both tracks were evil, just waiting for slightest mistake to DQ you
Not really happy with either of my races, but as a team we did good, or better they did good At least i finished both, which is also a success. |

Race 1: Was in the lead for first couple of cps and then took the long jump a bit wonky and spannered the kerbing and speered across the track and fell to 14thish. Then managed to battle up thru the field and was 8th by lap 15 (I think). A few more people dropped off infront and got to 5th. Then Voices got me and I fell to pieces and Dan got me as well.
Race 2: Had struggled during practise and for the first few laps was hardly setting the world alight. Was 21st at the end of the first lap but stuck with it and was soon catching Squeeze and passed him. On lap 15 I got the hang of the track and was deep in the groove and catching Reh for 5th or 6th and Squeeze wasnt close enough to be an issue. Didnt catch Reh but was pleased with the overall nights racing. Good races but wasn't a particular fan of the track tbh...although DC's did cause a few infront to crash out. |

Race 1: Like Yus said, racing your own track helps. I think this was the first time one of mine had been GPed since Who's Called The Hut? in season 1 or 2 and I disconnected from that one, so I was determined not to bugger this one up.
In practise times were close. I started off, wasn't the quickest and exactly where I made up the places was a mystery. I know Swat, Bboy, Stevie etc. had trouble and presume that was the landing of the main jump. I was concentrating on the track and not the sectors for most of the way so I got pretty excited when I reached third with Dant and Reh in front, although both were well ahead. Or so I thought. I'm guessing Reh rubbed a few walls as there was an invisible battle between us. Eventually made second stick and with my heart thumping brought the car home safely for my first ever GP podium.
Race 2: Look at my past season performance and you'll notice I'm better at flat out tracks than twisty ones. On Yus' GP track premiere it showed. I liked the track despite its low average speed; I might not be able to keep up on this sort of thing but in my opinion it wasn't as nasty as other drivers seemed to think. That said, it has plenty of walls in the right place to collide with and I probably found most of them. If lag hadn't stopped being a valid excuse for poor performance a few seasons ago I'd blame that as I did experience some. I can't have driven that badly though as I aim for top ten finishes and came eighth, having passed Voices on the last lap (or so Dan told me once he stopped thinking about breasts). _________________

race 1: i arrived late, was debating with myself for few secs weather i should see if i can get close to finishing.
managed to do 22 lapsbefore the countdown wonders if i get a point all things considering - wiish i was there at start judging by some of the higher racers going out would of been a chance to get some points
nice track though, i felt i was going fast, hard to compare when so far behind everyone tho
2:
tight track few early errors resulted in a fast dropback then slowly settled into the battle for around 13th with spanky and mid _________________

race 1
Knew I had single lap pace but not 25 lap pace, played it cautious virtually every lap and ran 2nd behind Bboy. Made a few mistakes and Stevie got past me, but I smeared jam on his tyres so he was history a lap later.
Few more laps and I saw Bboy say "bugger" or something ot that effect in chat.
The rest of the race I was waiting for Swat to catch me but it never happened
race 2
Figured I'd be in better shape for this one, plenty of places to crash but tight and twisty works for me usually.
Bboy got out in front again and was slowly pulling away, shortly after saw the usual Stevie message that he'd crashed. Bboy then lagged/crashed and went out so I cruised round smoothly until lap 20 when I started crashing a lot. Couple laps later I quickly tabbed to see Swat in 2nd and did a bit better at the finish.
Great week for me and MV with Voices finishing both too! _________________ It's not the winning, its the taking apart |

Not the kind of week I wanted to have...
Race 1: Took the lead from Stevie at the first CP of lap 2 and managed to continually pull away. By lap 12 or 13 I was far enough ahead where I couldn't even see the opponent's times. Last turn of lap 15 my finger slipped and I smacked the ctrl key. Was just a silly mistake, so I laughed it off and looked ahead to race 2.
Race 2: Not the best of starts, but not terrible. Again, got the lead near the start of lap 2 and set off to try and win. Smooth sailing until the start of lap 8 when my computer froze up for a second and put me into the wall. . . Lead went from 5 seconds to 2.5 seconds, no big deal, I'm still winning. Next lap around my computer freezes up again in the same spot, but this time it's for 3-4 seconds and I find myself backwards and about 8 seconds behind Dant. After this I completely lost my rhythm and was gradually dropping back when I decided to just call it quits around lap 11 or 12.
Hopefully I have a better week next week. . . |

Race 1: broke up a cheese roll and mopped up some homemade vegetable + lentil soup, trashed the washing up and had a ciggie. Booted PC and ran TM, avoided the crowd on PRO racing those old tracks and buddied to Shad on Points. Having a nice Monday night, really, when Baino handed me the coffee (thanks m8, you went the extra mile there).
Race 2: No practice made this a sad affair, only found the line ten laps in, then crashed around finding a rhythm, then started worrying about Jawz n Spanky n Bon (nice tussle guys), came home mid-teens and guilty as hell Cheese, apologies. At least this proves Track 1 was kept confidential (you muppet, you think everyone else is playing fair? )
Of Yussuff's track I rate it highly: a great slalom, I'd call it. Looking at those around me, you can all take a challenge like this.
Somebody called for a Mark-s soon, I concur. _________________

Race 1: Raced around, few mistakes, mostly into turn 1. Got a fantastic 4th place few battles and gaining a little most laps no who-ever was in front. Very pleased.
Race 2: Couldn't get the hang of this track. Mistakes all over the place. 2 laps to go, came of the grass badly and went flying straight into the wall as the invisible Cheese goes past. 9th though is good points given the 1st 3 weeks.

Race 1 - Hit the big jump too slow, ended up bouncing on the rear of my car and sliding down the hill on my roof, was in 3rd about 15 secs behind bboy at the time
Race 2 - Start well, but crash crash crash and I'd had enough

Race 1: Went round and round with nothing exciting happening until with two laps to go Swat appears behind me after craping myself trying to work how to go fast enough to keep him behind without crashing out he solves the problem for and has an incident which drops him an extra six seconds back so I got to enjoy the last lap of my highest finish so far
Race 2: Start the race feeling confident everyone seems to think it's particularly dangerous but i've not had any problems in warmup. 2 laps in find out the reason i've not had a problem is not my mad skillz but that I'm slow, end up finishing 18th
Overall not a bad night. _________________ Mostly to be found in Forza Horizon 4 now.
