my mums friends son, whose bit older then me had one at xmas, and made me had a go with it, no clue on my rpm, but it was awful, i just couldnt get it going, at xmas my right wrist was strained so err tried with the left (im right handed) and my left wrist clicks if i kinda move it in the way that the dude told me to move my wrist so it started becoming uncomfy for me

gyros have always fascinated me, if you've ever spun up a bike wheel while gripping the spindle you'll understand the powers that hold you up in a corner and why pushing the handlebars to the right produces a left turn.
These Powerballs (yes I've got one) put all that force into a hand-held sphere that has enough power to flip you off your feet if it doesn't wrench your arm out first.
Ignore the puny scoffers above and get one! It's the only upper-body rep training that also engages the brain
