Optimus Maximus. They are cardboard cutouts! OK, maybe not. But whoever has a pair of quavers instead of P, a smiley instead of H and a picture of Shakespeare for a space could never have made the jump from drooling and thumbsucking to filling out a lottery ticket.

Optimus Tactus. Older viewers will recognise a startling resemblance to the Sinclair ZX81.

Unfortunately, I can trump both of them. My lowly Microsoft wireless keyboard has a button above the number pad that launches the Windows Calculator, and I actually use it every day. Plus there is probably enough organic matter between the keys to sustain a burly man for several days. Lottery Schottery.

I don't know, for a start it isn't glowing cherry-red...

In the EPOS trade we've been using programmable keyboards for years..... only we stick a paper overlay over the top for the functions. It's wayyyy cheaper Smile but still rediculasly expensive.

I remember that from my days working at Allsports!
We used to have fun by swapping the paper bits around to confuse other members of staff.....

My mate got me a job at JJB for all of 4 hours. Apparently telling a lard arsed woman that instead of buying bigger trackies for her morbidly obese 12 year old making him walk his tubby ass home might mean he could fit in the ones he had that little bit longer.

They did give me a free pack of olympus sports socks though Very Happy

I think it would be a fine gesture to auction them off for charity or offer them as a prize for the Winter/Spring '09 season?
